Monday 5th January 2009

She was a right pain in the arse this morning. I sat with her for over an hour after I got n from my paper round and she barked non-stop. It was so high pitched, the splash back behind the cooker started shaking.

On the left is a picture of her this morning. I'm on the stairs behind the gate trying to protect myself from the monster.

On the right, she has fallen asleep curled up on her bed by the radiator.

Sunday 4th January 2009

Today Poppy walked with me but we didn't get very far. In the picture on the left, Poppy has spotted another dog running across the other side of the green and on the right, the lazy bugger is sulking on the sofa while we watch tv.

Saturday 3rd January 2009

I think these pictures say it all! Her cosy bed wasn't in the kitchen and as she always likes to be curled up in something, she chose the washing basket to be her new bed! Complete with bedding aswell (a few tea towels ;))
The reason why she was locked up was because we had friends round who weren't too keen on dogs and Poppy isn't the calmest dog we know, not because we are just cruel people! She even started posing for the camera on one of them as I had a treat in my hand and I had asked her to get in her bed!

Friday 2nd January 2009

Looks like Poppy had fun today!! After getting in from my paperround she made me chase her rould the drive with an empty can in her mouth! If only my life could be as simple as hers. And if that wasn't enough, she stole my slipper so I had to hop around. Luckily dad dragged himself out of bed in time to distract her.I have to say though she didn't get her second walk until past 11 o'clock at night. Nobody realised it was so late! Can you believe it??
